Polk County Sheriff’s deputies searched on airboats in Lake Hart while volunteers searched on the ground throughout the area.

July 26, 2023 Police executed a search warrant search

7:15pm Auburndale Police Department and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement searched Jake Rudy home in the area of Indiana Court and Rose Street.

Rudy said Whipp was at his home for about 45 minutes on June 6, but denied any involvement in her disappearance and said he doesn’t know where she is.

Who is Snoop

Richard Oates may be using the street name "Snoop" and currently wanted by the Polk county sheriffs office

Richard Oates Girlfriend Marcy Collins claims snoop spoke to authorities and claims snoop and Tonya were best friends

Tonya's Boyfriend

Auburndale Police released new information regarding the man Whipp was living with. Police confirmed Whipp was living with a man named Russell Carroll.

Police confirmed Caroll was the same man who was recently released from prison for the attempted murder/stabbing of his 16-year-old girlfriend in 2003.
